Body jet lipo is a relatively new form of liposuction that uses highly concentrated streams of water. This pressure created from the water is used to dislodge the fat from your body so that it can be removed. Bodyjet lipo is gentler than traditional liposuction procedures.Body jet liposuction, also known as water-jet assisted lipoplasty (WAL), is a form of liposuction.
